GOLDEN NUGGETS

Marketing is everything that you do that creates demand for your product, your service, your offer before you even talk about your product, your service, your offer… it all about shaping the belief of your prospect and turning their desire into that demand!

Marketing when done right makes the selling portion easy and sets up the sale of the product so you don’t have to hardcore sell or apply aggressive, obnoxious ‘in-your-face’ tactics… you just have to present a superior, irresistible no-brainer offer after you’ve led the prospect to want your thing. That’s the difference between marketing and selling

That’s what they care about. If you don’t have that, you don’t have a marketing campaign and you don’t have a sales message

Differentiation in marketing and business is critical. Today there are only two ways to differentiate specifically in your marketing. The first is through your promise… what’s the outcome, the transformation, the result. What’s the change in your prospect’s life that you’re promising. What people want to know is what’s going to be different about my life? How is this going to fix my problem. How’s this going to alleviate my pain. How’s this going to fulfil an unmet need or desire in my life.

What you need in order to differentiate yourself from the masses is to provide a unique mechanism (how your product or service uniquely works) and explains why it is THE BEST solution for them. You’ll hear Todd tell you how this can be applied to absolutely any product or service.

Through the education you provide during the process they see that your mechanism is the superior option and when you present your offer they are thankful and you haven’t even talked about the features, the price point, the terms or the guarantee

Look this is quite a deep topic for someone new to marketing but why not get it right from the outset. We’ll invite Todd back to go into it in a bit more detail next year because it’s seriously the stuff that matters and we’re truly grateful that we learned it and apply it in our business (as you’ll hear) and it gives us the edge.

You see the transformation our clients and prospects want are to have the retirement lifestyle that they projected for themselves whilst they were working 40 hours a week for 40 years and if they haven’t got it they have to find a vehicle too get the required money to be able to have the experiences they want. It can be a little or it can be a lot depending on each person’s circumstances

We can introduce those after and only after we have positioned the transformation we believe our offer(s) will provide.

FINAL GOLDEN NUGGET FROM TODD FOR OUR RETIREMENT LIFESTYLE ENTREPRENEURS

As folks get older, there’s a lot of wisdom to be share. There’s a lot of stuff that folks take for granted that is really second nature to them because of their life experience because of their journey. Whether it be understanding the most valuable aspects of life, whether it be taking care of your finances, whether it be staying healthy, whether it be the value of relationships, whether it be dealing with turmoil in your life and overcoming… the longer you’re on the planet, the more experiences you have. The more experiences you have, the more wisdom you obtain…. Sit back look at your life experiences that maybe you take for granted, maybe don’t even think are valuable and put them together in a list. There are more needs today than ever before for people to learn things, for mentors, for coaches, for guides, for leaders in different areas

You’ve got wisdom to share, you just don’t realise it… people are struggling with stuff and would happily pay you for guidance
